When I first joined the gym I didn't really know what I was doing, or trying to achieve!

I was really nervous about approaching a personal trainer, but Jason would always be friendly, approachable and willing to help out.

Once deciding to start my training with Jason in a bid to lose some weight for a holiday I achieved so much, grew confidence in the gym and my overall strength and fitness improved so much. He was taught me a lot about health, diet and the importance of rest. Even when you feel like giving up or have a bump in the road he will always be encouraging and kick you back into shape.

I had been using the gym facilities on and off for a couple of years but never really achieved the results I wanted. After making the decision to try a PT I started training sessions with Jason twice a week back in January and I haven't looked back since. Jason tailored training sessions around areas that I avoided like legs and circuits; within the first 6 weeks I saw great results. As our training progressed Jason helped me understand the importance of my diet and macros so I can now appreciate what a difference this has made to the results I'm now seeing. He has a wealth of knowledge and really knows his stuff, I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants to see results.
