ABOUT ME.......
I'm Jason,
The founder of THE BODY PROJECT and I want to help you!
I've been a personal trainer since 2015.
Based at THE GYM STOURBRIDGE.
It is my job to EDUCATE you on training and nutrition on your fitness Journey.
I want to MOTIVATE you to become the best version of you, the version of you that is happy; body and mind.
To INSPIRE you through my work and experiences with my clients, so you understand everyone is in this together, it's not just you.
PREVIOUSLY I was the Education Manager and ACADEMY soccer coach for a large soccer company in NJ USA.
But now I'm here to help you!

I started training with Jason in a bid to lose body fat and learn how to use the equipment around the gym. What I achieved with Jason's help was far more! Using various body weight exercises, my overall strength and fitness improved so much that I was able to perform exercises I never would have attempted on my own. Each workout is tailored to you and he is willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions. His tips on nutrition are excellent and his dedication is second to none.
I know some girls feel more comfortable having a female PT, but I can't recommend Jason enough!
